Site and Services

We offer you a service of automatically applying to jobs for you and representing you through the course of the hiring process. To that end we collect information from you and about you that is necessary or helpful for us to submit job applications on your behalf. You can subscribe to our services at various levels, with associated fees that are described on our Site.

When you provide the information we request (including, for example, your resume, a sample cover letter, the kinds of jobs you are interested in), then you are authorizing us to provide our review services (if they are included) and you are authorizing us to submit a cover letter and resume and any other application material you have provided us that is relevant to a specific job on your behalf to potential employer that we believe would fit the information you have provided us. You are also authorizing us to schedule interviews for you and follow up afterwards with the employer. As described on our Site, if you fail to show up for an interview you will have to pay thea fee for missing the interview. If you are missing because of serious illness or some family emergency, we can waive you fee after receiving appropriate documentation supporting your reason. We will also charge a fee if you fail to respond to interview requests in a timely fashion, as your flaking on an interested employer causes us reputation damage.

As part of providing you with our services, we use machine learning/artificial intelligence (ML/AI) to analyze the information you provided and suggest jobs that might be appropriate for you. The ML/AI software is trained based on information submitted by you and other applicants. We do anonymize the data, however the anonymisedanonymized data remain in our database even if you terminate our services.

Please note: We do not collect information on, or discriminate based on, race, religion, ethnic identity, physical or mental health status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age or any other basis prohibited by federal, state, or local law. However, you will have to provide proof of ability to work in the US (or applicable location) and, depending on the job, may have to provide proof of COVID vaccination status. In addition, we try to ensure that our ML/AI tools are bias free.

We have no liability whatsoever relating to any potential employer(s). In particular, a potential employer is responsible for complying with applicable law regarding its employment and hiring practices. Similarly, we cannot promise than an employer actually has a job opening for which it is interviewing.

Our services are not exclusive. For example, it is likely that more than one user of our services will be appropriate for a specific job. We do limit the number of applications we will submit for a job. We will submit paying users before free users. And within those restrictions, we will give priority to submitting users who we deem a better fit for the job.

We will provide you a list of the jobs that we have applied to for you, but that list may take a week or so to generate.

Third Party Sites

We use third party vendors to support the Site. In particular, all payments are handled by such a third party vendor. These third party vendors, including our payment vendor, have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies that will apply to their services, or on their websites. These terms and conditions and privacy policies are likely to be different from ours.

This Website is meant to be used only by those over 18. Do not use this website if you are not over 18, unless your parents have reviewed these terms and conditions and agree to them.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitations of Liability
